year has been sentenced to prison for up to five years.
Robert M. Lindsay, 49, pleaded guilty to burglary and two counts of
theft, all third-degree felonies. Third District Judge Robin Reese ordered
the terms to run concurrently.

City, according to court documents.
During a nigh-time burglary, he broke a window with a hammer and stole
13 rare editions of the Book of Mormon and one rare copy of the Doctrine and
Covenants.
