The three stolen paintings by late, renowned Rochester artist, Ramon
Santiago, have been recovered after a multi-agency investigation. The three
paintings were stolen November 1st from McCoy's Custom Picture Framing, on
North Avenue in Webster.

Friday, the paintings were recovered at a storage unit in Webster. News
10NBC spoke with the owner of that shop, Tom McCoy. He says he's glad to
have the artwork back.

The paintings, including "Leda and the Swan", were original oils on canvas
worth more than $31,000. Ramon Santiago, who died in 2001, is known around
the world for his artwork.
Law enforcement officials tell News 10NBC that a local attorney will be
charged with the theft and possession of the paintings. We have also learned
that more than one person may have helped carry out this crime. Police are
not releasing any names at this point. Webster Police are expected to
release more information about the case on Monday.
