Shotgun Stolen From Museum On Long Island

An antique shotgun was stolen from The Museums at Stony Brook.
MYFOXNY.COM  --  Someone used a cinder block to shatter a window in The Museums at Stony Brook.

Suffolk County Police say that person then broke a display case and stole an antique shotgun.

The 1899 H.J. Hussey LTD double barrel shotgun is worth more than $3,000.

The break-in happened on Tuesday around 4:35 am.

The museum is located at 1208 Route 25 A.
