[MSN] moderator message: do NOT send attachments to the list

Dear MSN Subscribers,

As a virus protection measure our list software does not allow formatted
text and/or attachments. So, if you want to send a press release, or any
other information,  to the list make sure it is in plain text. If you want
the subscribers to read formatted (HTML) text you better send a WWW link
directing to that text.
